This Sunday (1 August) is the fantastic Carnival Del Pueblo. Attracting 100,000 people to Burgess Park it is the UK’s premier Latin Carnival featuring music, food, dance and entertainment - www.carnavaldelpueblo.co.uk

We need YOU for the Salsa World Record!!!

We are attempting to break the World Record for the largest Salsa Dance and we’d love YOU to take part!!!

Our dance sequence has been specially choreographed by Richard Marcel and is easy to pickup – even for beginners! You can have a look at the dance sequence online here. You will also have a chance to learn/practice it on the day. Here are the key details  

When:
Sunday 1st of August

Registration Time:
10.30am

Workshops:
Workshops to practice the Choreography will be take places after 10:30am

Location:
Burgess Park
Walworth Road  /Chumleigh Street
London SE5 0RJ

Dress Code:    
Please wear a black shirt / blouse or T-shirt

Instructions:
Please make your way into the park and meet at the Guinness Salsa zone at 10:30 where registration will take place.

The world record attempt will take place at probably 1pm. It would be really good if you could wear something black – like a black T shirt/dress – as this will help identify everyone that is part of the World Record attempt.

You can come by yourself and grab a partner there …but if you have a partner bring them too …in fact bring as many friends as you can!
