Register your event here. Once you've been notified that your event has been approved, you will be given access to the marketing resources area of the website where you'll be able to download a range of marketing material with guidelines to promote your event.

• All event submissions are subject to approval by Big Dance - we will notify you to let you know if your event has been approved.
• We cannot guarantee that all approved events will be listed in the printed guide. However, we will make every effort to include these on the website listings.
• We reserve the right to edit the activity description at our discretion.
• The approval of your event is conditional on your acceptance of, agreement and compliance with the T-Mobile Big Dance Event Identity Guidelines.
• You acknowledge that you are responsible for the management of your activity. In carrying out your activity you must keep to any relevant laws or government requirements. For example, you are responsible for getting any licences, permissions and insurances that are necessary by law. You should consider any possible risks involved in your activity and take appropriate action to protect everyone involved.
• Shape is the official access partner for The T-Mobile Big Dance 2010. Together, we aim to help make Big Dance events and activities accessible for disabled and deaf participants and audiences. If you are planning to organise an event then please read the following guidelines.
