Big Dance is delighted to announce that the winner of the T-Mobile Big Dance 2010 Fashion Competition is Vicky Fallon with her design for Ballet Russes Returns. The judges were particularly impressed by the vivid colours and high fashion touches Vicki brought to the designs.
